Greene Town Montessori
This is Greene Town.
Greene Towne is one of the nation’s leading Montessori schools. Not only committed to an authentic Montessori education but an essential fixture in the life and culture of Center City, Philadelphia. At a time when parents face accessibility challenges and choices for aligning their children with the right school, Greene Towne had a need to clearly define and communicate what makes them unique on this part of the educational journey, during the most impactful time for personal learning and development.
20nine partnered with GTMS to zhuzh the logo and create a new brand and web presence.

We started with the foundational building blocks for life.

A colorful card-style menu that builds upon the layers, demonstrating that even in the simplest ways, GTMS puts the Montessori values and kids first, while still appealing to parents and guardians.
Symbolically, the Greene Town logo connects across everything, acting as a dynamic sticker, bringing together all these layers of information and design.
The secondary nav emerges as a card, creating a layered look - like stacked papers. It locks in, anchoring at the top of the page when the relevant content emerges.
These building blocks show up in playful ways across the site, including a dynamic contact module and timeline module that gets recycled in efficient ways.
